At Rajwada Hospitality, we operate as a query-based travel assistance platform. Our website is designed to help users submit inquiries related to hotels, holiday packages, transfers, and other travel services. We do not accept or process any direct online bookings or payments through the website.


1. Nature of Service

  • All services are confirmed only after offline communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • No payment is collected through the website itself.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only if payment has been made directly to Rajwada Hospitality for confirmed services.

  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of third-party providers (hotels, transport vendors, etc.).

  • Consultation or service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Process

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing through official email or WhatsApp.

  • The eligibility and amount of refund will be communicated after reviewing the service provider's terms.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days of approval.

  • The amount will be transferred through the original mode of payment or any agreed-upon method.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

 

  • Last-minute cancellations (as per vendor policy)

  • No-shows or partial use of services

  • Delays or issues caused due to incorrect/incomplete information
